PennyPig is a savings tracking tool designed for families and children. It is not a bank, financial institution, payment processor, or money services business of any kind.
What Data We Collect
PennyPig does not directly collect, transmit, or process personal data. The App does not contain account creation, user registration, login functionality, or any mechanism that transmits data to PerkFind LLC or any third party. All information within the App resides solely on the user’s device and is not accessible to PerkFind LLC under ordinary circumstances.
User-Entered Information
In the course of using the App, you may enter certain information at your discretion, such as piggy bank account names, savings goal descriptions, transaction amounts, and notes. This information is entered voluntarily by you, is stored exclusively on your local device, and is not directly transmitted to PerkFind LLC or any third party. PerkFind LLC does not have the ability to access or retrieve any information you enter into the App under ordinary circumstances.
We recommend that users avoid entering sensitive personal information (such as full legal names, dates of birth, or other identifying details) into the App. Account labels such as “Piggy Bank 1” or a nickname are sufficient for the App’s intended functionality.
Information We Do Not Collect
For the avoidance of doubt, PennyPig does not directly collect, and PerkFind LLC does not have access to:
- Email addresses, phone numbers, or contact information
- Location or geolocation data
- Device identifiers, IP addresses, or usage analytics
- Financial, banking, or payment information of any kind
- Biometric data, photographs, or media from your device
The App does not incorporate any third-party analytics SDKs, advertising frameworks, crash reporting libraries, cookies, pixels, or other tracking technologies.
Data Collected by Third-Party Platforms
PennyPig is distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store (each, a “Platform”). When you purchase, download, or use the App, the applicable Platform may independently collect certain information, including but not limited to purchase transaction data, device information, and app performance diagnostics (such as crash reports and usage statistics). This data may be made available to PerkFind LLC in aggregated or anonymized form through the Platform’s developer tools and dashboards.
This collection is performed by the Platform, is governed by the Platform’s own privacy policy, and is outside of PerkFind LLC’s direct control. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of Google and Apple for more information about their data practices.
How Your Data Is Stored
All information you enter into PennyPig — including piggy bank names, savings goals, and transaction records — is stored exclusively in local storage on your device. This data is not directly transmitted to PerkFind LLC or to any third party. As of the effective date of this policy, PerkFind LLC does not operate servers, databases, or cloud infrastructure in connection with the App.
If you delete the App, your locally stored data is expected to be deleted with it. Please note that your device’s operating system may include App data in automatic device backups (such as iCloud Backup or Google Backup). These backups are governed by the applicable Platform’s privacy policy and are outside of PerkFind LLC’s control. If you wish to exclude PennyPig data from cloud backups, please consult your device’s backup settings.
Children’s Privacy
PennyPig is intended to be purchased and used by parents and legal guardians on behalf of their children. The App is designed to be set up and supervised by a parent or guardian at all times. Children should not use the App without parental involvement.
Because PennyPig does not directly collect personal information from any user — including children under the age of thirteen (13) — no parental consent mechanism is required under the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”). The App contains no advertising, no in-app purchases beyond the initial purchase of the App, no social or community features, no user-generated content that is shared or transmitted, and no external links intended to be accessible to children within the App experience.
PennyPig is designed to comply with COPPA and other applicable laws regarding children’s privacy.
International Users
PennyPig may be available to users outside the United States. Because PennyPig does not directly collect, process, or store personal data, the rights afforded to data subjects under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”), the UK Data Protection Act 2018, and similar international privacy frameworks are not implicated by the App’s direct operation. To the extent that any Platform collects data in connection with your use of the App, such collection is governed by the Platform’s own privacy policy and data processing practices.

PennyPig is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Changes to This Policy
PerkFind LLC reserves the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and, where practicable, provide notice through the App or our website. Your continued use of PennyPig following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the revised Privacy Policy, you should discontinue use of the App.
Governing Law
This Privacy Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Privacy Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Bergen County, New Jersey, subject to the arbitration provisions set forth in our Terms of Service.
